The internet and media's constant barrage of health advice often times ends up hurting more than helping. Cookie cutter workout programs, unnecessary equipment, expensive gym memberships, hyped up ergogenic aids--there's a lot to navigate, and unless you're a full-fledged health and fitness expert, you can't be expected to know how to make the best decisions for your body. That's where I come in.
Your body is unique; a program that worked well for your friend might not work well for you. Even though they are popular and trendy, following a celebrity diet or a quick fix diet, may wreak havoc on your body. "Results" mean different things to different people. But to me, the most important result is your happiness, good health and longevity. Your body will need to last you a lifetime; let's consider your approach, and what you're willing to do for it.
